Kirstie Kimball is available for one-time coaching sessions for organizations in need of ad hoc support. These are 50 minute sessions. Appointments are available at 12:00pm Eastern Time on Tuesdays and 3:00pm Eastern Time on Thursdays.

Clients can talk about any subject related to fundraising including:

• Asking Kirstie to review a set of emails or a grant

• Asking for general strategy advice

• Talking about strategy for one specific donor or a set of donors

• Hiring new development staff

• Workplanning

Kirstie also provides operations support on the following topics:

• Management, specifically with a staff person who is struggling to meet goals or coaching for new managers

• Reducing meetings and increasing work efficiency

• Support for multi-week long office closures

Clients can also book time to talk about their own professional development like:

• Job hunting, including resume building and interview skills

• Challenges within a workplace, like how to deal with a micro-manager or difficult conflict with coworkers

• Coaching on specific skills like prospecting or how to ask for large gifts

Appointments are cancelable and refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. All appointments canceled after that window are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
